How disputes work

Ryumarket uses a 3-way dispute system to resolve issues fairly between buyers and sellers.

When to open a dispute

  • Files are missing, corrupted, or inaccessible
  • Product is significantly different from the listing description
  • Seller is unresponsive after 48 hours

How it works

  • Open a support ticket from your Orders page and select Dispute.
  • An admin reviews the ticket and adds the seller if needed.
  • All three parties (buyer, seller, admin) chat in the same thread.
  • The admin makes a final binding decision based on evidence.

What to include

  • Order ID
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Description of the issue

Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days. Refunds, when approved, go directly to your wallet balance.
