How disputes work
Ryumarket uses a 3-way dispute system to resolve issues fairly between buyers and sellers.
When to open a dispute
- Files are missing, corrupted, or inaccessible
- Product is significantly different from the listing description
- Seller is unresponsive after 48 hours
How it works
- Open a support ticket from your Orders page and select Dispute.
- An admin reviews the ticket and adds the seller if needed.
- All three parties (buyer, seller, admin) chat in the same thread.
- The admin makes a final binding decision based on evidence.
What to include
- Order ID
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Description of the issue
Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days. Refunds, when approved, go directly to your wallet balance.
