Login methods

Ryumarket supports two login methods:

• Wallet sign-in (SIWE for Ethereum, SIWS for Solana) — sign a message with your wallet; no password needed.
• Email OTP — we send a 6-digit code to your email; no password stored.

Security tips

• Never share your OTP code with anyone — we will never ask for it.
• Use a hardware wallet or a dedicated wallet address for marketplace activity.
• Verify you're on ryumarket.io before signing any wallet message.
• Report suspicious users or listings from the listing page.

Compromised account

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support immediately by opening a ticket. We'll lock the account and help you regain access.
