How to top up your wallet

Your Ryumarket wallet holds a USD-equivalent balance used for all purchases.

Steps

• Go to Wallet in the top navigation.
• Click Top Up.
• Select your preferred crypto (ETH, SOL, or others shown).
• Send the exact amount to the displayed deposit address.
• Your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Notes

• Minimum deposit: check the top-up page for the current minimum.
• Confirmations: typically 1–3 minutes for Solana, 1–5 minutes for Ethereum.
• Deposits are non-reversible — double-check the address and network before sending.

If your deposit doesn't arrive after 30 minutes, open a support ticket with your transaction hash.
