Disputing a fee or charge

If you believe a fee was applied incorrectly:

  • Open a support ticket and select category Fees / Billing.
  • Include your order ID or transaction ID and a description of the issue.
  • Our team reviews and responds within 1 business day.

Most billing issues are resolved within 48 hours. We'll refund any incorrectly applied fees directly to your wallet balance.
